About Yorkies of Maui

At Yorkies of Maui, we are a small, family-based breeding program dedicated to raising exceptional purebred Yorkshire Terriers, including both traditional and designer Chocolate Yorkie Poos.

Our puppies are raised right in our home — never in kennels — and are surrounded by love, gentle handling, and early socialization. We believe that a well-loved start creates confident, well-adjusted lifelong companions.

We are deeply committed to health, temperament, and beauty. All of our parent dogs are DNA health tested, and each puppy receives personalized care and attention to ensure they are healthy, happy, and ready to bond with their new families.

At Yorkies of Maui, we believe that exceptional dogs begin with exceptional care—starting with their nutrition. Our Yorkies are fed a thoughtfully prepared, nutrient-rich diet made with real, high-quality ingredients. We regularly make homemade meals that include:

• Fresh chicken broth
• Grass-fed beef, liver, and heart
• Organic chia seeds and hemp seeds
• Plain Greek yogurt for digestive health

While we rarely rely on kibble, we occasionally incorporate small amounts of Orijen—a high-quality, biologically appropriate dry food—into their meals to ensure balanced nutrition.

We are especially mindful of our mamas before, during, and after breeding, providing them with the utmost care and nourishment to support their health and the health of their puppies. Every ingredient is selected with purpose and love, to give our Yorkies the best start and the healthiest lives possible.
